Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions. It exists to keep AppCouponHub safe and fair for customers, rights holders and payment partners.

1. You must not

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money-laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion.
• Use stolen, borrowed or unauthorised wallets, bank accounts or other payment methods, or ask someone else to pay on your behalf to obscure the source of funds.
• Buy Products for resale, bulk distribution or commercial use unless we have agreed in writing.
• Share, sell or transfer your account, or share purchased content, codes or downloads publicly.
• Circumvent, disable or interfere with access controls, download limits, DRM, rate limits or other security features.
• Scrape, crawl or use automated tools to access the Site beyond what normal search engines do, or overload our systems.
• Probe for vulnerabilities without permission. If you find a security issue please report it to [email protected] (see security.txt).
• Open payment disputes in bad faith for Products you received and used.
• Harass, threaten or abuse our staff or other users.
• Buy codes in bulk or for resale, or list them on marketplaces, social media or classified sites.
• Abuse promotions, for example by creating extra app accounts, using false details or using several codes to get an offer more times than the app allows.
• Use codes against the app’s terms, for example as a travel agent using a code meant for individual travellers.
• Use automated tools to check, harvest or redeem codes.
• Buy codes with funds from crime, or on behalf of someone who asked to be paid in codes.

2. Fraud prevention

To protect customers we monitor orders for unusual activity and apply purchase limits (currently up to Rs 5,000 per order and Rs 10,000 per 24 hours per account). We may delay delivery for verification, cancel and refund suspicious orders, and report suspected crime to KPay and the authorities.

3. Enforcement

If you breach this policy we may remove content, cancel orders, suspend or close your account, and where appropriate refuse future service. Where the breach is not fraudulent we refund any unused, paid-for Products.
