Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.

1. About us and these Terms

appcouponhub.com (the “Site”) is operated by [Your Company Legal Name] (registration no. [Company Registration No.]), [Registered business address], Pakistan, trading as AppCouponHub. These Terms govern your use of the Site and any purchase of single-use digital discount codes (vouchers and promo codes) for Pakistani apps and online services (“Products”). They should be read with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Delivery Policy, Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract.
You must give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred.

3. Products, prices and availability

All Products are digital. Nothing is shipped.
Prices are shown in PKR. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. There are no hidden fees from us; your wallet or bank may apply its own charges.
We try to describe Products accurately. If we discover a pricing or description error before delivery we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
Stock of code-based Products is limited and is reserved for you only while your order is awaiting payment.

4. Orders and when the contract is formed

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your payment and deliver the Product to your account. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund of anything paid) if: payment cannot be verified; we suspect fraud, money-laundering or a breach of these Terms; the order exceeds our purchase limits; or the Product is unavailable.

5. Payment

We accept Raast QR, JazzCash and Easypaisa payments, processed by our payment provider KPay. Payments are authorised in your own banking or wallet app; we never collect your PIN, OTP or banking credentials.
QR codes and payment requests are valid for a limited time (currently 15 minutes). Unpaid orders expire automatically after 60 minutes and no money is taken.
If you are charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate payment to the original account.
To protect customers we apply per-order and per-24-hour purchase limits and may ask for additional verification.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to your account, normally within a few seconds (typically under 2 minutes). Details are in our Delivery Policy.

7. Your licence to use Products

A code entitles the holder to use the stated offer in the app named on its coupon page, once (or for the number of orders, rides or bookings the page states), subject to the app’s own terms and eligibility rules. Codes are for personal use or for giving as a gift. They may not be resold, offered for resale or used to get an offer more times than the app allows.

8. Discount codes and the apps that honour them

Each code is used in a third-party app or website (the “App”) and is subject to the App’s own terms, including its voucher rules, minimum orders, eligibility, cities and cancellation policies.
Where codes come from. Codes are issued by the Apps. We list a code for sale only after the App, or a distributor the App has authorised, has issued it to us for resale.
We are an independent seller. We are not the App: we do not run its service, deliveries, rides, consultations or bookings, and we do not set its prices, fees or availability. Unless a coupon page says otherwise, we are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any App.
A code gives only the discount described on its coupon page: the amount or percentage, any cap, the minimum order and how many orders, rides or bookings it covers. It does not pay for the order itself. The App charges you the rest, in the App, with its usual payment methods, and your contract for the order, ride, consultation or booking is with the App.
Each code can be redeemed once, for the orders, rides or bookings its coupon page states. Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or another code, and cannot be extended after their “Redeem by” date. Whether a code can be combined with other vouchers, deals or bank, wallet or mobile-network offers is decided by the App.
“Save up to” figures are the most a code can take off when it is used in full, for example at its cap or on all the rides it covers. Your actual saving depends on what you order.
Apps, banks, wallets and mobile networks run their own promotions, some free for eligible customers. Please check those before you buy. We do not claim our codes are the only or the cheapest way to get a discount.

9. Eligibility, cities, expiry and cancellations

Check “Who can use it”, “Where it works” and “Redeem by” on the coupon page before buying and before revealing a code. Most offers can be used once per customer, and the Apps do not allow extra accounts to reuse an offer.
Our codes work only with Pakistani accounts of the App named, for orders, rides and bookings in Pakistan. Some work only in certain cities or delivery areas, shown on the coupon page.
If the App turns a code down because an order does not meet its conditions (for example the minimum order), the code stays valid until its redeem-by date: use it on a qualifying order.
If you cancel an order, ride or booking on which you used a code, the App’s rules decide what happens to the discount. Some Apps treat the code as used, and some deduct the discount from your refund. We cannot refund or replace a code the App has accepted.
If an App withdraws or changes an offer before the redeem-by date and rejects a code we sold you, we replace the code or refund what you paid us for it.

10. Scams and safety

AppCouponHub staff and the Apps will never ask you to read out, send or “verify” a code, a one-time password or your KPay PIN. Never buy codes to pay someone you don’t know, or to settle a bill, fine, loan or “prize fee”. If someone is pressuring you to buy or share codes, stop, keep the code to yourself and contact us.

11. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel an unpaid order at any time. Because Products are digital and delivered immediately, at checkout you ask us to begin delivery straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel for change of mind once a Product is revealed, downloaded, streamed or played. Unused and faulty Products are refundable as set out in our Refund Policy.

12. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular you must not use the Site for fraud, resell Products without our written permission, or attempt to circumvent access controls.

13. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, graphics, software and our trade marks belong to us or our licensors. Product content belongs to its respective rights holders and is licensed, not sold, to you. See the Disclaimer & Trademark Notice.

14. Our liability

We provide Products with reasonable care and skill and as described. If a Product is faulty, your remedies are repair, replacement or refund.
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for problems caused by your device, internet connection, third-party platforms or your failure to follow redemption instructions.
Except where the law does not allow it, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time from Account → Privacy & data. We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, chargeback abuse, or serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, and will refund any unused, paid-for Products unless prohibited by law or the order was fraudulent.

16. Changes

We may change these Terms or the Site. The Terms in force when you place an order apply to that order. Material changes will be announced in advance.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. If we cannot resolve a dispute, the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory right you have to bring proceedings where you live.
